TORRE SAN MILLAN born of the efforts of the Martinez family, built to resemble the surrounding buildings and equipped with a full team of harvest. The name of their wines "GORREBUSTO" is a tribute to the town that saw the birth of this wines and the town was known as early as the twelfth century.
Like their ancestors, the family pick the grapes by hand and trying to unite the traditional winemaking with modern and natural winemaking being the result of all this effort the GORREBUSTO wines.
GORREBUSTO BLANCO FERMENTADO EN BARRICA
GRAPES Viura 100%.
ELABORATION Soft pressing, racking naturally for 48 hours at 10 ° C. Alcoholic fermentation in French oak casks. After the alcoholic fermentation we make the "battonagge" with lees daily for 3 months.
TASTING NOTES Pale yellow with golden reflections, complex aroma, white fruit, exotic fruit, roasted and spicy. Glucose in mouth, long with a durable and elegant aftertaste.

ELABORATION Destemming, 7 days with a alcoholic fermentation and 5 days of maceration with a temperature control.
TASTING NOTES: Red colour with medium intensity, floral aroma and fresh red fruits (strawberry, berry). Clean and full bodied wine. Wine well balanced, sweet taste and persistent.

ELABORATION Destemming, 7 days with a alcoholic fermentation and 15 days of maceration with a temperature control. The wine is ageing 12 months in cask of French and American oak.
TASTING NOTES: Cherry red with scarlet trim with medium intensity. Red fruits, jams, pen tip, mint and spices. The mouth is smooth and powerful. Glyceride and lactic feeling.

ELABORATION Destemming, 7 days with a alcoholic fermentation and 15 days of maceration with a temperature control. The wine make the malolactic fermentation in cask and is ageing 14 months in new cask of French oak and after keep in the cellar for a 6 month minimum.
TASTING NOTES Cherry red colour with medium-high intensity. Black fruit, jam, cedar, spicy, roasted. In the mouth is with great volume, frank, balanced, round.

ELABORATION Destemming, 7 days with a alcoholic fermentation and 15 days of maceration with a temperature control. The wine make the malolactic fermentation in new cask of French seleccted oak from the 8 tonnelleries who supply the winery. The wine is ageing 14 months in new French oak and remain in the winery for a period of 3-4 years.
TASTING NOTESRed with scarlet trim with medium-high intensity. Black fruits, licorice, roasted coffee, cocoa, milk, spices. In mouth is full, strong, fine, balanced, long and pleasant aftertaste, well integrated tannins.
